All items are custom, made-to-order and shipped within 14 business days with
signature confirmation unless there is a delayed shipment date. Shipping may take
longer than 14-business days under these circumstances.
U.S. Priority Mail: $9.00
U.S. Express Mail: $18.00
International Express: $23.95
Each additional item purchased incurs an added fee. The fee is calculated on your
shipping page.
Buyers are responsible for any import or customs taxes their country may assess.
You are importing merchandise into your country. All items are sent with their value
stated. Multiple orders will be shipped together whenever possible.
EXCHANGES
EXCHANGES ONLY. CANCELLATIONS OR RETURN FOR REFUND ARE NOT
AUTHORIZED.
You must first contact us via E-mail at admin@customseatcreations.com for an
Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) #.
Please note, if we made the item correctly to your specified color requests, then the
item is not exchangeable. Another cover will have to be purchased.
All claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 calendar days of receipt
of merchandise.
All items must be UNINSTALLED, IN ORIGINAL CONDITION in order to exchange an
item.
There is a $20 restocking fee on all exchanges!
Exchange by mail...
1. Place the unopened, uninstalled item in a secure mailer. Include all paperwork, parts
and accessories.
2. Print out a copy of this page. Fill out the bottom of the page, including the reason
for your exchange or return and put it in the package.
3. Include payment in the form of a U.S. Postal money order or International Postal
Money order to Becky Cronis:
Restocking fee ($20.00 for each cover)
Return shipment fee ($9.00 U.S., $23.95 International)(for Exchanges only)
5. Insure your package and keep a copy of the tracking number.
6. Clearly write your EMA # on the outside of the package. Packages without an EMA
# displayed on the outside of the package may be refused.
